Order and arrangement have been imposed by the Archivist to provide context to reflect its functions as the representative body of Australian Jewry and for future research. Please note: that this series of records was dispersed throughout the consignment. The papers have been arranged chronologically within each x File and correspondence have been included in this series during the appraisal process in order to retain order and context for future use. There might be missing correspondence in some Files with no continuity with the subject matters but Files were not culled and correspondence within each File was retained. Includes item nos. 33 and 108 relating to pre, during World War Two and immediate post-World War Two period
