The delegation was led by Leslie Caplan President of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry with Rabbi Raymond Apple representing the Orthodox Rabbinate; Rabbi Brian Fox the Reform Rabbinate; Isi Leibler, immediate past-president of ECAJ; Mark Leibler, President of Zionist Federation of Australia; Robert Zablud, President of Victorian Jewish Board of Deputies; Graham de Vahl Davis, President of NSW Jewish Board of Deputies; Jeremy Jones, Secretary of the delegation and Malivina Malinek of National Council of Jewish Women (only woman).
