The booklet is from left to right as customary with Jewish texts. The first page is a list of individuals participating in the service. The following 20 pages are psalms with the English, transliterated Hebrew and Hebrew script included. Page 22 details addresses being given by Temple Beth Israel President Mr Peter Kolliner, and by Senior Rabbi of Temple Emanuel New South Wales Rabbi Brian D Fox AM DD. Page 23 is a psalm of Thanks. Page 24 details a Response by Rabbi John Simon Levi AM DD. The following 8 pages are psalms with the English, transliterated Hebrew and Hebrew script included. The last page of the Booklet includes a short life and service biography of Rabbi John Simon Levi. The inside back cover of the Booklet is an address of thanks from the Board of Management to particular members of the congregation for their generous support, as well as listing the Farewell Committee. Walter and Alwynne Jona are listed in the Farewell Committee. The printed emblem of Temple Beth Israel is also included.
