The appearance of the invites are formal, printed on white thick cardstock with the official stamped emblem of Walter Jona's Ministerial Office. Item 2: A invite reading 'A Committee of Hawthorn Citizens cordially invites you to an evening reception and Supper under the Chairmanship of His Worship the Mayor of Hawthorn in honour of the Honourable Walter Jona M.P on becoming the longest serving member for Hawthorn'. The event is dated Thursday 19th November 1981. The appearance is of white card stock.
