Series DescriptionThe Diary of Braham Moses from the Collection of Philip Moses includes a hardcopy bound handwritten diary written by Braham Moses detailing his 302 day voyage to Palestine, Egypt, Europe, London, Scotland, the United States, and Samoa. Braham left Australia on the 4th December 1937 aboard the SS. Oracle, and returned on the 3rd October 1938 aboard the SS. Mariposa. During his voyage, Braham recorded the places he visited, the things he did, the people he met, and detailed his overall impressions of his journey. The diary had been digitised, and both a hardcopy and digital transcription has been produced by Philip Moses.
