Series

Series DescriptionThese records consist of newspaper articles; photographs; cutouts from earlier Annual Reports; invitations; brochures; letters; articles; photographs etc. Note that individuals in the photographs have been meticulously identified. The album is also accompanied by a running sheet of items listed in the albums, placed in B3/WOLP/3/025/025.7.1 & B3/WOLP/3/025/025.7.2 The scrapbooks are in good condition and each page of the seven albums have been digitised. The hardcopies of the scrapbooks have been retained as they strengthen the collection because of their aesthetic and artistic quality, their intellectual content and their unique character, reflecting the times that they were compiled. The scrapbooks have been kept intact to retain their original integrity. The scrapbooks have been placed in appropriate sized acid free boxes and placed flat on fully supported open shelves. Please note that there are seven scrapbooks. Upon digitising, B3/WOLP/3/025/025.7 was done in two halves hence: B3/WOLP/3/025/025.7.1 & B3/WOLP/3/025/025.7.2 All items are stored in a purpose built Archives repository.
