Series DescriptionThis series incorporates those one-off donations from individuals that are usually 1 - 5 items and do not exceed 1 x type 1 Archive boxes. The donations are at an item level, either donated to and/or acquired by AJHS in an ad-hoc manner and were not acquired as a major acquisition, nor acquired directly from the organisation itself. This series of records are created, gathered and retained by an individual in the capacity of his/her role/function within a communal organisation, usually at a high-level position such as a President; founding member; an elected member of a committee or who were substantial involved within a communal organisation. These records were often retained as an easy reference for themselves for communication and/or information during the capacity of their role/work or gifted to them in the capacity of their work/role. Most records donated are hardcopy correspondence, photographs; ephemera such as newspaper cuttings, scrapbooks and even small physical objects such as stamps, medals etc. An AJHS Archive Donation Agreement Form accompanies each acquisition. Box numbers are prefixed with ID
