Rabbi Raymond Apple is Rabbi Emeritus of the Great Synagogue, having recently retired and now dividing his time between Jerusalem and Sydney. The papers presented concern his activities in Jewish Christian relations during his time as rabbi of the Great Synagogue, Sydney, from 1972. The papers include correspondence about the setting of the Jewish Christian Luncheon Club, which still meets regularly, newsletters and letters to various people on matters of interfaith.
