Item DescriptionIncludes photographs of past presidents dating to July 2000 and a postcard from Pretoria written to Ursula and Hans Jensen. Newspaper articles published by the Australian Jewish Times and North Shore Times that mention Jensen or are associated with North Shore Temple Emanuel. Important events the articles talk about include; the opening of the new sanctuary at North Shore Temple Emanuel in 1980 which occurred while Hans Jensen was president of the congregation, articles dedicating the efforts of Hans Jensen in the growth of the congregation, the arrival of Rabbi Lampert and dismissal of Rabbi George Ruben, anniversaries of North Shore Temple Emanuel and the launch of a new special Zionist Organisation by the Australian and New Zealand Union for Progressive Judaism known as Artzi.
